Custom off-grid living
We have recently completed the interior of a three bedroom, two bathroom off-grid home in a rural setting. This custom designed pole-home features a skillion roof, which opens up to the north-facing orientation. This enables the owners to take advantage of the beautiful views, and helps to capture sunlight, particularly during the winter months.
The home is focused on sustainability, including its north-facing orientation for natural light, use of cross-ventilation to help cool the home in summer, double-glazed windows, and framing using sustainable wood products.
The home will soon be completed with jarrah hardwood decking and stainless steel balustrading.
Port Albany
We have been working closely with a client to deliver a large bespoke home renovation in Port Albany. This has involved project management, demolition, and arranging for safe removal of asbestos. It has also included building a second floor extension, new roof, and cladding of external walls.
Mt Clarence
We worked collaboratively with our discerning client on an extensive home renovation project in Mt Clarence. This involved building a new contemporary kitchen and dining area, full house re-cladding, and constructing a high-finish outdoor entertaining area.
