Custom off-grid living
We completed this three bedroom, two bathroom off-grid home in a rural setting. This custom designed pole-home features a skillion roof, which opens up to the north-facing orientation. This enables the owners to take advantage of the beautiful views, and helps to capture sunlight, particularly during the winter months.
The home is focused on sustainability, including its north-facing orientation for natural light, use of cross-ventilation to help cool the home in summer, double-glazed windows, and framing using sustainable wood products.
The home will soon be completed with jarrah hardwood decking and stainless steel balustrading.
Central Albany
We worked closely with a client to deliver a bespoke home renovation in central Albany. This involved constructing a double garage and storeroom addition, alongside a large alfresco and entertaining area.
Bayonet Head
In a recent project, we had the opportunity to add a modern ensuite to an existing bedroom, effectively creating a second bathroom for the property. The homeowners were pleased with the added privacy and usability.
